The rooftop pool offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and the breakfast spread had a decent variety of options. the hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore the area on foot. we appreciated the comfortable bed which allowed for a good night's sleep.
This romantic escape was soured by the lack of attention to detail from the hotel staff. Despite requesting a room with a view, we were given one which overlooked the street instead.

We recently had a city break in this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, even letting us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the fact that we could choose from a variety of options. The room was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the surrounding area.
We were disappointed that early check-in was not possible, even though the room was available. This made for a long and uncomfortable wait after a night trip.

The hotel's location was also great, being close to the center and offering easy access to the city's attractions.
The reception staff were nice, but they seemed disorganized. We experienced some confusion with our payment, as they tried to charge us multiple times for a night we had already paid for.
